Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information the Aarush Innovations website collects through its enquiry form and website analytics, and how that information is used.
Last updated: 14 August 2026
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company or organisation if provided, the area you are interested in and the message you send.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, interactions, referral information, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location derived from network information. Google Analytics may also use first-party identifiers such as the _ga cookie to distinguish browsers and sessions.
We do not send your contact-form name, email address, company or organisation, message, selected interest or other form content to Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use contact-form information to review and respond to your enquiry, understand the context of your request, maintain necessary business correspondence and protect the website from misuse or spam.
We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, improve content and user experience, and measure whether website journeys such as successful enquiries are working as intended.
Service providers
The website uses Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure to host and process the enquiry request, Resend to deliver the resulting email, and Google Analytics 4 for website analytics. These providers process information as required to provide those services.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage related business correspondence, meet legitimate operational requirements or comply with applicable obligations. Analytics information is retained according to the retention settings configured for the Aarush Innovations Google Analytics property.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, email delivery and analytics, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Security
The contact form is processed through a server-side endpoint. Email delivery credentials and the internal recipient address are not exposed in the public website code. Reasonable technical controls are used to reduce unauthorised access and misuse.
Your requests
If you want to ask about information submitted through this website, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, use the contact form and select Privacy / Data request.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when website functionality, service providers or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
